• When will the Northern Colorado Youth Orchestra begin rehearsing?

  • Our first semester this year runs from September 11th through January 13th, 2027

  • Our second semester this year runs from January 25th through April 28th, 2027​​

• What time will each group be rehearsing?​

  • The Chamber Quartet will be rehearsing from 5:30-6:30pm

  • The Chamber Orchestra will be rehearsing from 6:30-8:00pm​

  • The Concert Ensemble will be rehearsing from 6:00-7:00pm

  • The Concert Quartet will be rehearsing from 7:00-8:00pm

  • The Apprentice Ensemble will be rehearsing from 7:00-8:00pm

• What day of the week will rehearsals be held?​

  • Large and Small Ensemble rehearsals will be held on Monday evenings

  • One month prior to each concert, we also rehearse on Friday evenings

​

• How many concerts will the orchestra have each semester?​

  • We will aim to have one concert per semester for our 2026-27 Season 

  • The 1st Semester Concert will be on January 13th, 2027 at TVHS

  • The 2nd Semester Concert will be on April 28th, 2027 at TVHS

• Where does the orchestra rehearse?​

  • We have a several rehearsal spaces at Lucile Erwin Middle School in Loveland, CO

​

• What is the cost for tuition?​

  • Tuition is $100 per month for each large ensemble

  • Tuition is $50 per month for each small ensemble

  • Families may also choose to pay tuition in full per semester

• When are auditions due for the 2026-27 Season?

  • Preliminary Auditions are due by July 17th, 2026 for the Fall Semester

  • Preliminary Auditions are due by November 27th, 2026 for the Spring Semester

  • We will be accepting auditions throughout the season to fill positions as needed
