The Northern Colorado Youth Orchestra respects the privacy of our musicians, families, volunteers, and community.

When a family uses NoCoYO’s season signup system, we may collect a participant or family name, email address, optional phone number, notes, and the volunteer shift or item commitment selected. Where student rosters appear, students are identified by first name and last initial when appropriate.
We use this information to manage orchestra operations, coordinate volunteer and item signups, communicate about commitments, and send confirmation, update, or cancellation emails. We do not sell personal information.
Our signup system uses Google’s Gmail API only to send NoCoYO confirmation messages from our organization’s Gmail account. The website requests send-only access and cannot read, edit, or delete messages in the NoCoYO Gmail account.
Signup information is stored for NoCoYO’s operational use and is available only to authorized NoCoYO administrators. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for season administration, organizational records, and applicable legal obligations.
Families can use the private management link in a confirmation email to update or cancel a signup. To ask about, correct, or request removal of personal information, contact NoCoYO directly.
